Americo has teamed up with CUDL to bring you another great AUTO buying tool. Smart Approval is an online pre-approval application designed to streamline the AUTO loan process. The application is simple to fill out, and gives you instant VEHICLE approval through the credit union. Members can now apply for an AUTO LOAN “on the fly” from their iPhone, as well as through other popular smart devices and phones.

With ScoreCard Rewards, you can turn your purchases into merchandise and travel rewards. Anyone who already has a credit card with Americo has automatically been enrolled to start earning points for every purchase.

KEEP YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION UP TO DATE
Remember to notify us in writing if you change your address, phone number or e-mail address. Incorrect contact information can prevent you from receiving your statements, tax forms and important notices as well as making it difficult for us to contact you.
If you will be traveling and plan to use your Americo FCU Debit and/or Credit Card, we need to put an alert on your card(s). We do not want your card(s) to become blocked for suspicious activity while you are away from home, putting you in a difficult situation. Notifying us that you will be traveling will help us monitor your account against fraud.
Please inform us of your travel arrangements prior to your trip. That includes the dates of travel, what cities, states or countries you will be traveling through, and a phone number (e.g. cell phone number) where you can be reached while traveling, in case the fraud department needs to review transactions. We also need to be informed of international travel, since all cards are blocked internationally unless the travel form is filled out.
Travel forms are available at both credit union offices.

To get started:
- Logon to your Online Banking account
- Click on the Self Service tab
- Click on the Mobile Money link
- Simply follow the easy instructions to register your mobile device and your Americo FCU account

eStatement is FREE!
Once signed up, you will receive an email notification the first of the month when a new eStatement is available for viewing. To view your eStatement, simply log in to your Online Banking account and choose eStatement under the Self Service tab. Remember, once enrolled in eStatement, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.
